What is Nandrolone?
Nandrolone is an anabolic and androgenic steroid in the 19-nor steroids family. As mentioned earlier, it only comes as an injection compound. There are 2 versions available:
- Nandrolone Decanoate sold as Deca Durabolin or shortly Deca with a half-life of 12-15 days
- Nandrolone Phenylpropionate sold as Durabolin or shortly NPP with a half-life of 3-5 days
Deca Durabolin (Deca) is by far the most popular version of Nandrolone.

Total Nandrolone weekly dosage is usually between 200 mg and 800 mg a week. Common doses – 300-600 mg weekly. We recommend keeping the Nandrolone to Testosterone dosage ratio at about 2:3. This would be helpful to avoid some side effects like “Deca Dick” and low testosterone symptoms.
Cycle lengths with Nandrolone generally range between 8 weeks and 16 weeks. Rarely does someone go for longer cycles. Commonly, cycle lengths of 12 weeks and longer go with Deca. Shorter cycles may go with NPP.
